WARNING

  • Child restraint systems and seatbelts in the Subaru Ascent can become extremely hot when the vehicle is exposed to sunlight.

    Always check the temperature of the restraint system before placing a child in it to prevent burns.

  • Never use a seatbelt extender when installing a child restraint system in the Subaru Ascent.

    This may prevent the system from being securely fastened and significantly increase the risk of serious injury or death during sudden braking or accidents.

  • Ensure that the child restraint system is properly attached to the vehicle anchors.
